摘要
针对流溪河水电厂原厂用电系统存在的问题———布置配电设备的场地狭窄,防火条件差;电气主接线不合理;电气设备陈旧过时,安全可靠性差,说明厂用电系统改造的必要性及可行性,为此,提出改造的技术原则、设计方案及费用计算。最后通过变压器、开关改造前后运行维护成本的比较分析,指出这次厂用电系统改造不但消除影响安全运行的隐患,提高供电的可靠性,而且还大大降低了厂用电系统的运行维护成本,社会、经济效益显著。
The original auxiliary power system in Liuxihe Hydropower Plant had the problems of narrow space for distributing equipments, poor fire prevention condition, irrational main electric connection, outmoded electric apparatus and poor reliability, which necessitated a modification on the system. In this paper, the technical principles, design scheme and costs calculation of the modification are described, and a comparison made on the operation and maintenance costs before and after the modification. The results show that the modification on the auxiliary power system has not only removed the hidden peril in operation and increased the reliability of power supply, but also reduced considerably the operation and maintenance costs; as a result it is of prominent social and economic benefits.
