摘要
从锅炉炉膛结构设计、燃煤煤质、运行工况等方面来分析珠海发电厂锅炉结焦问题,认为锅炉结焦主要是由于炉膛横断面尺寸设计值偏小、燃用煤易结焦、运行氧量偏低、炉膛出口烟温偏高等原因造成的,为此,提出一些综合治理的对策。
The boiler coking problem in Zhuhai Power Station is analyzed in terms of the structural design of boiler furnace, coal characteristics and operating conditions. It is indicated that the causes of the problem are inadequate design dimensions of the furnace cross section, coal susceptibility to coking, on-the-low-side operating oxygen content and high furnace outlet gas temperature. Some countermeasures are put forward lastly.
