毫秒爆破在炮采工作面中的应用

摘要 叙述了毫秒爆破原理、井上下试验过程以及毫秒爆破在工业性试验中收到的效果. At present, backwards of a mining technique and equipment is a main factor which effected on a coal production, efficiency and safety condition of a drilling and blasting coaface. First, the backwards of a blasting technology has a long blasting time and a poor safety condition. Second, a frictional metal prop is used as a means of face supporting which has a lower capacity of supporting and a long time in setting and recovery of the prop. Third, it is too much coal to be manual shovelled. This will cause a hard working and low efficiency for a miner. To solve the above mentioed problems, there was a joint cooperation between Fushen Research Institute of CCMRI and Xuzhou Coal Mine Admistration Bureau. An industrial trial was conducted in Yian Mine of the Bureau base on a main technical access of millisecond blasting to improve the blasting efficiency and safety condition of the drilling and blasting coalface. Obvious economic and social results were obtained from the trial. This practice shown that this new drilling and blasting technology with millisecond blasting, single hydro prop and high power face conveyor will have a real means to exchange the backwards of the existing drilling and blasting coalface. This paper introduced a principle of the millisecond bllasting, the trial process at surface and in the mine, and results obtained from the underground trial.
