摘要
用浸渍法制备了 Na2 CO3 /γ- Al2 O3 吸附剂 ,考察了 Na2 CO3 含量、焙烧温度和吸附温度对 Na2 CO3 /γ- Al2 O3 吸附剂 SO2 吸附性能的影响 .结果表明 :Na2 CO3 含量从 4%增加到 2 0 %时 ,穿透时间和硫容在 1 6%时出现峰值 .未经焙烧的吸附剂穿透时间和硫容都比较低 ,较理想的焙烧温度为 30 0℃~ 40 0℃ .吸附温度对 SO2 吸附性能的影响明显 ,在室温下吸附时 ,穿透时间和硫容都较小 ,适宜的吸附温度为 1 2 0℃~ 1 60℃ .
Na 2CO 3/γ-Al 2O 3 adsorbents were prepared by impregnation. The effects of Na 2CO 3 content, calcination temperature and adsorption temperature on the adsorption capacity of SO 2 were investigated. The results showed that the maximum breakthrough time and adsorption capacity could be reached when Na 2CO 3 content was 16%. The adsorption capacity was higher when the calcination temperature from 300 ℃ to 400 ℃, while the breakthrough time and adsorption capacity were lower when the adsorbent had not been calcinated. The adsorption capacity of SO 2 was different from room temperature to 500 ℃. The adsorption capacity was higher when the adsorption temperature was from 120 ℃ to 160 ℃ while it was lower when at room temperature.
