摘要 IP传感器利用校正引擎 ,对检测值进行校正 ,输出精确的被测量。描述了校正引擎的实现原理 ,详细讨论了查表法 ,分段多项式插值法 ,样条最小二乘数据拟合法等数据校正方法 。 An IP sensor uses the correction engine to correct errors,and outputs precise physical values.The implementation principle of the correction engine is presented.And then,some correction methods such as a lookup table,piecewise polynomial interpolation,least-squares spline curve fitting are discussed.Finally,some examples that use these correction methods are introduced.
