甲基氯化废水处理新工艺

摘要 甲基氯化废水是由甲胺磷、水胺硫磷等农药生产过程中排出的碱性废水,其特点是污染物浓度高、成份复杂,较难处理。本文介绍了生产甲胺磷农药的石家庄化工厂采用的酸解→中和→超声波→接触氧化→气浮处理甲基氯化废水工艺流程。运行实践表明,系统运转正常,处理效果稳定,出水水质达到排放标准。 It i's difficult to treat the alkali wastewater discharged from pesticide production of acephatement and tamaron due to its high organic concentration and complex components. A process including of acidification, neutralization, ultrasonic treatment, contact oxidation and airfloatation to treat methyl chlorinatiomvastewater applied in the Shijiazhttang Chemical Factory is described here. The operating practice shows that the treatment plant and the quality of effluent meets the requirements of the performs well with best removal arge standard
