寒冷地区城市污水处理厂的工程设计实践 被引量:4

摘要 大庆乘风庄污水处理厂,是目前我国最北部的城市污水处理厂。针对当地气温较低(年均3.3℃,月均最低-25.5℃)的具体条件,为保证冬季处理设备的正常运行,设计时,考虑采用了室内外结合等防寒的工程措施。其设计规模为3万m^3/d,处理后出水用于油田的回注水,为此,采用了鼓风曝气活性污泥法二级生化处理和接触消毒、过滤等三级处理工艺,在进厂水 COD 400mg/L、BOD_5 250mg/L、SS 220/mg/L的条件下,出厂水质可望达到 BOD≤10mg/L、SS≤5mg/L。 Chengfengzhuang wastewater treatment plant situated in Daqing city, Heilongjiang Province,is believed the most northern urban wastewater treatment plant in the country.Various cold-protection measures combined of both outdoor and indoor arrangements had been considered in the design period of this treatment plant to suit the local low temperature circumstance(annual average 3.3℃,most low of monthly average-25.5℃).It is a conventional activated sludge secondary treatment plant consisted of blower aerated aeration tanks and supplemented with some tertiary treatment facilities such as filtration and contacted disinfection.While BOD ranging 250 mg/l,COD400 mg/l and SS 220 mg/l in influent,BOD ≤10mg/l,SS≤5mg/l in ellfluent are expected.The effluent is reused to oil field backfilling.
