摘要
A-B法是一种污水处理新工艺。本文介绍了 A-B 法处理城市污水的中试结果及拟建20000m^3/d 污水处理工程采用 A-B 法处理的工艺设计参数及技术经济分析。当 A级曝气时间为0.5h、B 级为2.0h、污泥负荷分别为2.0~4.0和0.2~0.4kgBOD_5/(kgMLSS·d)时,COD 去除率为80%,BOD 为90%。采用 A-B 法较普通活性污泥法节省投资、运行费和占地面积,且运行稳定,对水质变化适应能力强。
This is a new technology of wastewater treatment.The result of a pilot plant to treat urban wastewater by A-B method and the design criteria and economic analysis of a programming urban wastewater treatment plant on the base of A-B method with capacity 20000 cubic meters per day are described here.When the aeration times in A-stage and B-stage are 0. 5hrand 2.0hr,sludge loadings are 2-4 kg BOD/kg MLSS and 0.2-0.4 kg BOD/kg MLSS respectively,obtained COD and BOD removals are 80% and 90% respectively.Comparing with conventional activated sludge process,A-B method can save investment,operation expenses and field area with extra advantages of stable performance and flexible to fluctuation of raw wastewater on quality.
