摘要
报道了海洋标准物质———海带的研制过程,其中包括样品的采集、制备、均匀性测定、稳定性考察以及定值分析方法,并对数据进行了数理统计,给出了标准物质的定值数据.最后确定22个标准值,31个参考值,11个信息值,共计测定元素64个.
The research and preperation of kelp marine certified reference material in China is reported firstly.The Research and preparation of kelp marine certified reference material was described in detail, including the preparation of the sample, the examination of the homogeneity and stability, the analytical method of sample. The certified data also calculated by statistics. 22 certified values,31 reference values and 11 information values were determinated.64 elements are analyzed in total.
