摘要
本文首先分析了钢制球形水塔的优点,同时指出了限制其广泛应用的原因。介绍了球形水塔建造新技术的核心内容球罐整体无模胀形工艺的原理和特点,给出了球壳支承结构形式,并用有限元法分析了壳体位移和应力的分布规律。最后讨论了钢制球形水塔的防腐和保温隔热问题。
In this paper the advantages of spherical steel Water towers ar dealt with first and meanwhile the factors which affect their w-e application are pointed out.Then the principles and characteristics of the dieless hydrobulging process for manufacturing spherical vessels-the key of the new technique to construct the spherical steel water tower are introduced,The support patterns of spherical shells has been given,and the displacement and stress distributions on theshells are analysed by finite element method.Finally,coorrsion prevention and head preservation is discussed.
