High purity hydrogen peroxide is an important chemical in electronic industry. An overview of the principle and the applications of ion exchange resin for purifying hydrogen peroxide in the recent years is presented, including the purifying techniques of combining anion exchange resins with cation exchange resin , combining ion exchange resin with auxiliary reagents ,and integrating ion exchange resin with others separation techniques. The research direction of this technology are introduced.
