摘要
研究了强酸离子交换纤维对赖氨酸的吸附、解吸性能。静态吸附动力学实验表明 ,纤维对赖氨酸的吸附速度明显快于 732树脂。穿透曲线结果表明 ,纤维的吸附量与上柱液浓度、流速、pH值有关。
The adsorbing performance of strong acidic cational exchange fiber for lysine has been investigated. The experimental results showed that the adsorbing speed of ion exchange fiber is quicker than that of resin, and the adsorption rate is relate to the concentration and the pH value of the amino acid solution. The lysine can be desorbed rapidly with ammonia.
