摘要
介绍了用氯氧化法处理化工生产单元中排放出的甲硫醇尾气新技术。通过工业试验 ,当氯氧化温度控制在 2 5~ 55℃ ,通氯量摩尔比为 1 .0 5~ 1 .1 5 ,pH在 2~ 3时 ,尾气中甲硫醇的恶臭气味明显消除 ,验证了该处理方法比传统的碱吸收法具有治理成本低、设备费用投资少、操作工艺简单、效果明显等优点 ,此法非常适用于中小型化工生产中甲硫醇尾气的污染治理。
A new technique to deal with methyl mercaptan by chlorine oxidation was introduced. Industrial experiment proved that the technique is simple operational, cost effective and better than traditional alkaline-absorption process. The smell of methyl mercaptan was eliminated under reaction temperature 25~55℃, molar ratio of chlorine and methyl mercaptan 1.05~1.15 and pH value 2~3. The technique is fit for middle and small sized chemical works to treat tail gas of methyl mercaptan.
