The author introduces a method of decoding the serial communication protocol through the instance of print system innovation of Luohuang power plant and specifies how to simulate printers with PC under Windows environment by VC++6.0 program. On this basic the author brings forth a method of solving the communication problems between isomer systems and gives a reference to the similar old industrial systems.
