电渣熔铸5CrNiMo钢的力学性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 研究了用 5CrNiMo废旧模具钢电渣熔铸后材料的力学性能。结果表明 ,由于电渣熔铸时电渣重熔及控制凝固的双重作用 ,该钢纯净度高 ,组织细密 ,无论是热强性 ,还是相同硬度下的冲击韧度、塑性均达到甚至超过常规5CrNiMo锻钢。采用电渣熔铸制造的热锻模具提高了性能 ,降低了成本。 The mechanical properties of the electro-slag re-melted casting (ESRC) of wasted 5CrNiMo die steel were studied.The results show that the ESRC 5CrNiMo steel is of high purity and fine-grained structure because of the effects of both ESR and controlled solidification in the process of ESRC.In addition,the heat resistance,impact toughness and plasticity of ESRC 5CrNiMo steel are equal to or even superior to those of the ordinary 5CrNiMo forged steel with the same hardness.Therefore the hot forging dies manufactured with ESRC 5CrNiMo steel can not only improve the mechanical properties but also decrease the cost.
