摘要
通过对热等静压态某高温合金冷变形试样在不同温度和不同保温时间段进行再结晶退火试验 ,结合热力学计算研究了静态再结晶晶粒尺寸的变化规律。结果表明 ,该合金中γ′相的开始固溶温度为 110 9℃ ;在 10 5 0℃低于γ′相温度再结晶退火 ,晶粒尺寸随退火时间的延长变化不大 ;在 115 0℃或 1170℃高于γ′相固溶温度区间再结晶退火 ,晶粒尺寸明显粗化。
The static recrystallization (SRX) annealing testing of cold plastic deformation for a new type P/M super-alloy at different annealing temperature and holding time has been studied,the thermal dynamic calculation was also employed to study the grain size change of hot iso-static processing (HIP).The results show that the γ′ phase of this P/M super-alloy starts dissolving at 1109℃,the grain size of SRX changes little with annealing time at 1050℃,and coarsens apparently at 1150℃ or 1170℃.
