冷冻凝聚工艺生产CR322的研制

摘要 对原电解质凝聚工艺生产 CR32 2 (混合调节型氯丁橡胶 )进行了改进 ,实现了冷冻凝聚新工艺法生产切块 CR32 2 ,即主乳化剂由松香皂 /脂肪酸皂复合型代替了单一松香皂。新工艺解决了冷冻转鼓装置生产 CR32 2过程中“黏杆”及干胶门尼黏度控制等问题。产品无焦烧粒子 ,且焦烧时间明显延长。 The currently commercial formulation of CR322 has been improved to meet the processing demands of refrigerated rotary drum coagulation with rosinate soap/fatty acids as main emulcifier instead of the single rosinate soap, and the Mooney viscosity is effectively controlled by adjusting the amounts of sulphur, xanthogenated, TETD and employing the fast-speed chain scission method. The production tests show that the improved recipe not only solves the problems of “sticking pole” and control of MV in the production of CR322, but also improves the proporty of CR322 with free-scorch particles and more resistance to scorching than ever.
