摘要
以邻苯二甲酸二甲酯与异辛醇为原料 ,有机锡为催化剂 ,通过酯交换法在无溶剂的条件下合成了邻苯二甲酸二异辛酯 ,考察了反应温度、催化剂用量、反应时间及物料配比等因素对反应的影响。结果表明 ,最佳反应条件为 :反应温度 170~ 180℃ ,催化剂用量 1.0g ,反应时间 3.5h ,邻苯二甲酸二甲酯与异辛醇物质的量比 1∶2 .10。在此条件下 ,收率在 96 .5 %以上 ,通过折光率、红外光谱分析。
Di(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate is prepared without solvent by transesterification with dimethyl-o-phthalate and 2-ethyl hexanol as raw materials and organic tin as catalyst.The influences of reaction temperature and time,amount of catalyst used, molar ratio of raw materials on the yield of the product are studied.The optimal conditions are as follows:reaction temperature 170~180℃, catalyst used 1.0g,reaction time 3.5h,molar ratio of dimethyl-o-phthalate to 2-ethyl hexanol 1∶2.10. Under the condition the yield of the product is up to 96.5%. The structure of the product is characterized by refractive index,IR and ~1 H NMR.
