超薄膨胀型钢结构防腐蚀防火涂料的研制

为了提高钢结构的防火及防腐蚀性能,通常在其表面涂覆防火及防腐蚀涂料。介绍了超薄膨胀型钢结构防火涂料的组成、配制工艺、技术指标和性能特点。通过对原材料的筛选和配方优化,研制成功室温快干、装饰性好、理化性能优、既防腐蚀又防火、室内外都可用的新型防火涂料。该技术已获得中国发明专利。

Fireproof coating is introduced for ultrathin and swelling steel structures as well as its compositions, technolo gy, technical index and properties. A new-style fireproof coating was successfully developed by raw material and formula optimiza tion. The coating which could dry quickly under room tempera ture has been developed. The coating has the characteristics of drying quickly under room temperature, ornamental, better physi cal and chemical performance. In addition, the coating is not on ly corrosion resistance but also fire retardant, which can be used indoors and outdoors. The technique acquires Chinese invention patent.
