摘要
为了改善青铜基热喷涂层在干摩擦条件下的摩擦学性能,采用热喷涂工艺制备了青铜-石墨自润滑涂层,考察了石墨含量对涂层在干磨条件下摩擦学性能的影响;研究了偶件的磨损表面SEM照片,并对其表面元素进行X射线能谱分析。结果表明,加适量石墨的青铜基热喷涂层比原涂层在干磨条件下具有更优异的摩擦学性能,但机械性能有所下降,这主要是由于石墨的润滑作用以及石墨的加入改变了涂层微观结构所致。本研究改善了涂层的机械性能和摩擦学性能,扩大了其应用范围。
To improve the tribological per formances and application area of bronze - based coating under dry sliding condition, bronze - graphite semf - lubricative coating was prepared by hot spraying technology. The effect of graphite con tent on the tribological properties of coating under dry sliding con dition was investigated, and the worn morphologies and surface elements of rubbing pairs were analyzed by using SEM and XPS. Results show that bronze - based coating with adequate graphite has more excellent tribological properties than the original, but a little decrease in mechanical performance, which due to the lubri cation effect of graphite and the change of coating microstructure by graphite.
