有机钼化合物与二烷基二硫代磷酸锌的抗磨协同效应 被引量:8

摘要  采用四球机评价了二烷基二硫代磷酸钼(MoDDP)、二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸钼(MoDTC)和非活性有机钼等3种有机钼化合物的抗磨性能,及其与二烷基硫代磷酸锌(ZnDDP)的抗磨协同效应。结果表明:这3种化合物都具有良好的抗磨性能,尤以MoDDP为最佳;3种有机钼化合物与ZnDDP在石蜡基基础油中都展现出良好的抗磨协同效应,尤其以MoDTC和非活性有机钼为佳。 Four- ball machine was used to evaluate the antiwear performance of three kinds of organic molybdenum compounds such as molybdenum dialkyldithiophosphate ( MoD DP) , molybdenum dialkyldithiocarbamate (MoDTC) , and sulfur and phosphorus free organic molybdenum, and their antiwear syn ergic effect with zinc dialkyldithiophosphate ( ZnDDP) . The re sults indicate that the three organic molybdenum compounds have good antiwear properties, especially MoDDP. Also the com pounds exhibit good antiwear synergism with ZnDDP in the paraf fin base oil, especially MoDTC and sulfur and phosphorus free or ganic molybdenum compound.
