摘要
依据可持续发展思想,提出了环保型磷化液的配方要求。研制了环保型耐腐蚀铁系磷化液,研究了磷化时间、温度、成膜过程等对磷化质量和磷化膜结构的影响,并探讨了磷化机理。结果表明,铁系磷化和烘干过程中包含沉积成膜和膜重组2个阶段。磷化液不含亚硝酸盐和有毒重金属,材料消耗少,无废水排放,在2~45℃下以浸、喷、刷等方式使金属表面形成一层磷化液,可生成膜重为0.65~1.10g/m2,CuSO4溶液点滴时间达150~325s的磷化膜。
Anticorrosive envi ronmentally friendly ferric - system phosphating solution was screened out. Effects of phosphating time, temperature, pH val ue, and drying means on the phosphating quality and microstruc ture of phosphating coating were investigated, as well as the phos phating mechanism. Results show that ferric - system phosphating and drying processes include two periods such as coating deposi ting and recombining. The phosphating solution does not contain nitrite and toxin heavy metal, and need few materials and without wastewater discharge. At 2 ~ 45℃ fine phosphating coating will acquire on the metal surface whether using immersing method or spraying and brushing methods. The coating is 0. 65 ~ 1. 10 g/m^2 , and the time resistant to CuSO_4 drop will reach 150 ~ 325 s.
