介绍了Sames静电旋杯自动喷涂系统的结构、特点,并对Sames旋杯系统进行了技术分析。结合安装、调试Sames旋杯系统的实例,阐述了在安装、调试过程中需注意的要点和系统调试时出现的喷涂质量问题及解决方法。
Structure and characteristics of Sames electrostatic rotating cup type automatic spraying system were introduced and analyzed. Combining with the example, the essential attention in fixing and debugging process were stated in cluding quality problem of coating and means of settlement in the process.
