摘要 第Ⅲ类抗心律失常药物是通过延长心房组织的有效不应期 ,使心房颤动转律的最有效药物。本文对多非利特、索他洛尔、伊布利特等新的治疗心房颤动的药物的药理作用、临床研究情况作一介绍。 The third anti-arrhythmia drugs are the most effecive drugs for restoring sinus rhythm,because they prolong atrial effective refractory period. The pharmacologic action and clinical investigation of new anti-atrial fibrillation drugs,such as dofetilide,sotalol,ibutilide are reviewed in this paper.
