摘要
测量循环流化床锅炉内的压力时 ,由于测量管线内气体流动而产生的管内压差会造成测量误差 ,影响锅炉的正常投运 ;流动的固体燃料容易堵塞测压点和测量管线。因此 ,必须采用压力补偿、防堵测量装置。该测量装置的工作原理是补偿测量管内的压差 ,确保炉内压力与测量压力相等。该测量装置在安装、调试和锅炉运行时 ,应采取一些必要的技术措施 ,以确保床压监控、测量的准确性。
While measuring the pressure within the CFB boilers, the pressure difference within the pipe produced by air flow within the measuring pipeline can result in measuring error. The monitor error of the bed pressure for CFB boilers has the influence on the normal operation of the boiler and the flowing solid fuel can easily block the measuring point and pipe, so it is necessary to provide with pressure compensation and anti-blocking measurement device. Its working principle is to compensate the pressure difference within the measuring pipe to ensure the pressure within the boiler equal to the measured pressure. Some technical measures should be taken during installation, adjustment and commissioning of the boiler to ensure the accuracy, continuous and reliability of measurement and monitor of the bed pressure.[
