摘要
介绍了自行设计和研制的以液位、流量为主控变量的过程控制实验系统。该系统运用工业组态软件Intouch生成实时显示与操作界面,通过灵活、方便的管路组合,实现过程控制中单回路、串级、前馈、均匀、比值五种典型控制方式的控制。
This paper introduced a combined process control system which uses industrial control configurable software Intouch to produce a display and operation interface. Especially through the flexible and convenient pipelines'configuration,five kinds of typical process control patterns——single-loop control,cascade control,feed-forward control,uniformity control and ratio control are carried out.
