摘要
通过显微组织观察、硬度测试、磨损对比试验等对20钢钢管内表面激光熔覆Mn-Cr-WC-Fe复合合金层的性能进行了分析,结果表明,激光熔覆层的组织细小、均匀,硬度明显高于基体硬度,相变区的硬度也得到了较大的提高,熔覆处理后的试样不仅耐磨性能好于处理前,而且由于熔覆层存在大量的Mn元素,在磨损时产生位错强化,进一步提高了抗磨损性能。
The microstructure,mechanical behavior and the abrasive resistance of the laser claded Mn-Cr-WC-Fe alloy layer was analyzed.The results show that the structure in the areas of the overlap of clad is finer and even than that of the non-overlap area; the hardness of the clad is obviously higher than the base metal; the hardness of the phase-changing zone is also higher;the abrasive resistance of the claded sample is better than that of uncladed sample. Because of the existence of Mn in the clad layer , the occurrence of dislocation strengthening during the abrading process results in work-hardening so as to greatly improve abrasive resistance.
