测定沙眼衣原体抗原在沙眼感染诊断中的临床意义 被引量:3

摘要 目的 用抗原检测卡 Sure Step TM Chlamydia快速检测沙眼衣原体。方法 用抗原检测卡Sure Step TM Chlamydia对 3488例患者进行了检测。结果  3488例患者中阳性人数为 5 90人 ,阳性率1 7%。结论 抗原检测卡 Sure Step TMChlamydia具有敏感性高、特异性好、快速得到结果、操作简便 ,是临床医生诊断衣原体感染最好的帮手。
