摘要
应用该文作者参与开发的非线形有限元软件SHEET FORMING对复杂飞机舱门加强板零件进行橡皮成形的计算机仿真 ,预示了该零件在多工步橡皮成形中可能出现的毛坯材料厚度变薄现象 ;着重分析成形步骤、载荷曲线、摩擦与润滑、零件的工艺孔等对成形中毛坯厚度分布的影响。该文所提供的数值仿真对比图为提高该零件的品质 (或质量 )。
The rubber forming of the complex plane port was simulated by FEM software SHEET FORMING which is developed with the author′s participation. The possible thinning of blank thickness of the part in multi station rubber forming was predicted. The effect of forming steps,load curve,friction and lubrication,technical hole of the part on distribution of blank thickness was analyzed. The numerical simulated contrast graphs provided in this paper should be a guide for the improvement of quality and reduction of frock for this part.
