摘要
通过对微型轿车后制动器支承块原冲压工艺、模具结构的分析 ,制定了一种新的冲压工艺 ,设计出了结构合理的利用定距侧刃冲切条料两侧面、冲孔、切断及对两侧面修边的无废料级进模 ,有效的解决了原冲压工艺模具套数多、工艺路线长、生产成本高、效率低、工人操作安全性差的难题 。
With the analysis of original stamping technology and die structure of the plate anchor of rear brake of micro car,a new stamping technology was put forward. A set of proper structural progressive die was designed, which cutting the both sides of the strip with the kicker,punching hole,cutting off and trimming deflashing without scrap. It solved the problems of the original stamping technology,such as excessive numbers of die,long routing,high cost of production,low efficiency and insecurity of operation.A reliable reference for the workout of stamping process and die design was provided.
