环形毛坯模锻成形过程的实验研究

摘要 选择了两种典型的环形零件 ,利用上限单元法数值模拟得到优化的初始毛坯尺寸 ,重点对其模锻变形过程进行分析实验研究 ,以此来验证 :数值模拟得到的金属流动过程是否正确 ;数值模拟程序优化出的初始毛坯尺寸是否合理 ;实验所得的变形力与模拟程序所计算出的变形力的吻合程度。通过对比认定 :实验结果与模拟结果基本吻合 。 For two typical ring shaped blanks chosen,optimized initial blank dimensions were obtained by using upper bound method of simulation.Then the experiment of forming process in die forging was proceeded to verify if the metal flow process given by numerical simulation is correct,initial blank dimension optimized by numerical simulation program is reasonable and how does the coincidence level between the forming force given by experiment and that given by simulation programes. By comparison it was verified that the experiment result is in accordance with the simulation one approximately and numerical simulation method in forming process of die forging for ring shaped blanks is reliable and correct.
