摘要 麦克风上的一个塑料圈 ,材料采用聚丙烯 (PP) ,需要大批量生产。由于零件尺寸较小 ,流道系统总体积相对较大 ;同时对零件要求较高 ,不允许使用回料 ,所以废料较多 ,原材料浪费严重 ,增加了企业的生产成本。为减少废料 ,提高材料利用率 ,利用CAE技术对此件进行注塑成形过程分析 ,在保证制件成形和模具加工质量的前提下 ,优化注塑工艺参数 ,减小流道尺寸 ,从而节约了原料 。 A plastic circle of a microphone that is made of polypropylene needs to produce a great deal. The size of the part is small, While the volume of flow is much bigger. Also,the part quality is in a high demand and return material is not allowed to use. There is a great waste of material. Production cost is increased. In order to reduce the waste and improve the use of material,injection forming process of the part is analyzed with the aid of CAE technology. Based on the assurance of products molding and mold quality,flow size is reduced and parameters of injection forming process is optimized. At te same time, material is saved and cost is reduced.
