摘要
以松香和多乙烯多胺为原料合成了松香基咪唑啉 (ORI)。并通过正交实验 ,对影响反应的各个因数进行模拟回归 ,得出适宜的反应条件 :反应温度在 2 30℃~ 2 4 0℃ ,二乙烯三胺和松香的摩尔用量比为 1 6∶1,反应时间为 5小时 ,体系的真空度 2 6 7kPa~ 5 33kPa .
A series of oil-soluble rosin-based imidazoline (ORI) were synthesized.The influence of some factors on the synthesis process of rosin-based imidazoline were studied.The optimal processing parameters were obtained through fractional factorial test: Reaction temperature was 230 ℃~240 ℃;the molar ratio of diethylene triamine (DETA) to rosin was 1.6∶1;reaction time was 5 h;and the reaction pressure was 2.67 kPa~5.33 kPa.
