广播大楼原外墙面为水刷石面层,为了不破坏原有的欧式风格,改造设计方案是在旧水刷石面层上喷涂外墙真石涂料。重点对水刷石面层的不同情况进行了处理,针对各种可能发生的质量通病,在施工前和施工中进行了有效的控制,保证了外墙真石涂料的施工质量和效果。

The exterior wall finish of Broadcasting Building used to be washed granolithic plaster. In order to keep the original European style, the contractor designed the renovation plan of spray granite-like coating on the old finish. During the construction process, the contractor effectively controlled the possibility of common faults and guaranteed the construction quality and effect.
