摘要 细胞模型最早被用来筛选抗微生物药物,随着高通量药物筛选的需要,细胞模型迅速发展成熟起来。该文综述细胞模型在药物高通量筛选和高通量毒性筛选中的应用,介绍利用Caco-2细胞模型进行药物体外代谢研究。并对细胞模型用于中药研究的前景进行分析,简单探讨了细胞模型用于中药筛选,活性成分确定,药理研究和药物代谢分析的可能方面。 This article summarizes the application of cell model system to the high-throughput screening assays and toxicity of drugs and presents the study on the in vitro metabolism of drugs by Caco-2 cell model system. It also analyzes the prospects of studies on Chinese medicine by cell model system and generally discusses the possibilities in the application of cell model system to the screening, the identification of active components, the study of pharmacology and the analysis of metabolism of Chinese medicinal materials.
