摘要
用HPLC方法,使用KromasilC18色谱柱(4.6mm×200mm,5um),甲醇-水梯度洗脱,检测波长为254nm,流速为1.0ml·min-1进行了防风的指纹图谱的研究和建立。在上述条件下,实现了防风全成分的有效分离,所建立的指纹图谱能够体现防风药材成分的整体特点,同时能够实现种植防风与野生防风的有效鉴别,可作为防风药材质量控制及分类评价的依据。
The establishment of a complete fingerprint for Chinese medicinal materials constitutes a step of utmost importance in the deep study and control of the effective constituents of Chinese medicinal materials. The authors of this article have studied and established a possibly complete fingerprint of saposhnikovia divarikata (Turcz) schschk by the method of HPLC and by means of Kromasil C18 column (4.6mm*200mm, 5um) and methanol-water solvent programming, by which 254nm of wavelength and 1.0ml·min of current velocity are detected. Under such conditions as described above all the constituents of saposhnikovia divarika (Turcz) schischk have been effectively separated and the established fingerprint can afford to reflect all the characteristics of the plant′s medicinal constituents and successfully identify its cultivated and wild varieties. Therefore it can be used as the basis for the quality control and classification assessment of this medicinal plant.
