钢铝结构轻型箕斗的应用

摘要 介绍牛儿庄矿采用轻型箕斗及其效益. The designed production capacity of Zhongerzhuang Mine of Fengfeng Coal Mine Administration Bureau was0.685 million t/year. The winding c?pacity of the winder is the key factor to increase the coal production. As to increase the coal production of the mine, it can use large skip instead of small skip, change the electric motor and have other methods, but it is more ecomonic to use light weight skips. By using a steel and aluminium structure, the sole weight of the skip can be reduced from 4.7 t to 3.2 t. The loading capacity of the skip can be increased from 5.8-6 t to 7-7.5 t. In this case, it is unnecessary to change the wire rope and the safety data of the wire rope can still meet the requirements of the safety regulation. After the mine shaft adopted the light weight skip, the winding capacity of the mine shaft has reached upto 1.1695 million t/year. Due to a high magnesium content in the aluminium and its high swelling feature, new requirements should be considered to the safety, reliability and structure in the skip design.
