摘要 通过光纤内存映像网连接小型机、高速以太子网络、DP协议控制子系统,组成中厚钢板计算机过程控制系统,实现了中厚钢板生产过程中的板坯位置和数据跟踪、顺序控制、轧制规程计算等功能。该系统采用多级分区控制,结构分散,功能完善,不仅控制范围大,控制精度高,实时性强,而且通信速率及可靠性高,可扩展性良好。 T he computer process control system of medium and thick steel plate is composed o f a mini-computer,a high-speed Ethernet and a controlling sub-system accordi ng to DP protocol,and they are linked together by the optical fiber Reflective Memory Real-Time network.In the produce of medium and thick steel plate,this system achieves steel plate's position and data tracking,sequence controlling and rules calculating and so on.The system adopts multi-level and divide zone controlling,its structure disperses and its function is perfect.It provides mu ch characters,such as large controlling scope,high controlling accuracy,power ful real time ,high-speed communication,high reliability,good extension and so on.
