方山矿主井断绳事故分析

Analysis on Winding Rope Broken Accident in Main Shaft of Fangshan Mine

摘要 本文在分析了断绳原因后,提出了防止断绳应采取的技术措施. Due to the systematic oil pressure in the hydraulic pump station of the main winder in Fangshan Mine was too high, it caused the reduced speed at a time of emergency braking of the winder higher than the normal reduced speed at a time of the loading car upward. Then the winding rope had a tension relaxation and the upward loading cars were slipping downward. So the rope was highly impacted and broken. Therefor the rope broken accident occured. In order to prevent the rope broken accident, the oil pressure should be selected as 344~373×10~4 Pa. The oil pressure now in practice is 353×10~4 Pa. It should also propose to have precautions in running maintenance for the winder.
