卵巢上皮性肿瘤中细胞周期素D_1蛋白与p16蛋白的表达及其临床意义 被引量:3

摘要 目的 探讨细胞周期素D1蛋白 (cyclinD1)与 p16蛋白在卵巢上皮性肿瘤中的表达及临床意义。 方法  1998年 1月至 2 0 0 0年 1月采用免疫组化SP法 ,检测恶性、交界性、良性卵巢上皮性肿瘤、正常卵巢组织中的cyclinD1蛋白和p16蛋白的表达。结果 cyclinD1蛋白、p16蛋白表达的阳性率分别为恶性 5 0 %和 4 0 %、交界性30 %和 5 0 %、良性卵巢上皮性肿瘤 0和 80 %、正常卵巢组织中 0和 90 %。恶性卵巢上皮性肿瘤与良性卵巢上皮性肿瘤及正常卵巢组织之间比较 ,cyclinD1蛋白的表达差异有显著性意义 (P <0 0 1) ,p16蛋白的表达差异有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5 )。在恶性程度较高 ,组织分化差 ,晚期的恶性卵巢上皮性肿瘤中cyclinD1蛋白表达率高 ,p16蛋白的表达率低。相关性分析显示 ,cyclinD1蛋白与 p16蛋白的表达呈负相关。 结论 cyclinD1蛋白的过度表达与 p16蛋白表达的缺失在恶性卵巢上皮性肿瘤的发生、发展中起一定作用 ,二者可能存在相互抑制机制。 Objective To study the expression and clinical significance of cyclin D 1 and p16 protein in epithelial ovarian tumors.Methods Cyclin D 1 and p16 expression were determined in the specimens of malignant,borderline,benigh epithelial ovarian tumors and normal ovarian tissues by using immunohistochemical SP method,from January 1998 to January 2000.Results The expression of cyclin D-1 and p16 protein in malignant tissues were 50% and 40% respectively,30% and 50% in borderline,0 and 80% in benign tumors,0 and 90% in normal ovarian tissues.The expression of cyclin D 1 between the malignant and benign epithelial ovarian tumors and normal ovarian tissues was significantly different(P<0.01),so was the expression of p16(P<0.05).The higher expression of cyclin D 1 and the lower expression of p16 were found in tumors with poor differentiation,higher degree of malignancy and in later stage.Negative correlation was found in the expression of cyclin D 1 and p16 in most of the malignant tumors.Conclusion Cyclin D 1 and p16 may play an important role in the development and progression of the malignant change in the epithelial ovarian tumors.Cyclin D 1 and p16 protein may suppress each other during this process.
