摘要
目的:探讨颅内静脉窦闭塞的磁共振(MRI)诊断价值?方法:回顾性分析了2000年10月至2003年1月经临床及MRI确诊的颅内静脉窦闭塞患者13例?结果:13例均表现为T2WI相应静脉窦流空影消失,而代之以高信号,脑实质有不同程度的梗死及出血?磁共振脑静脉成像(MRV)显示,相应硬膜窦狭窄,管腔不规则及闭塞?结论:MRI及MRV对颅内静脉窦闭塞可做出明确诊断?
Objective: To investigate the value of MRI in the diagnosis of intracranial venous sinus occlusion. Methods: Thirteen cases with intracranial venous sinus occlusion diagnosed clinically from October 2000 to January 2003 was retrospectively analyzed. Results: The flow void in the venous sinus showed on T2WI was replaced by substantial hyperintensity in all 13 cases. Stenosis, irregularity and occlusion of the diseased segments of the venous sinus with concomitant collateral circulation with the normal venous sinus were demonstrated on the venous MR angiography. And brain parenchymal edema, hemorrhage or infarction were detected. Conclusion: MRI and MRV can be used for diagnosing exactly in cases with intracranial venous sinus occlusion. [
