Chemotherapy of the Elderly Patients with Advanced Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

摘要 关于老年人晚期穴ⅢB/Ⅳ期雪非小细胞肺癌穴NSCLC雪的化疗目前没有明确一致的意见,本文通过综合分析近几年国外相关文献,提出单药化疗方案应该成为老年ⅢB/Ⅳ期NSCLC患者的标准治疗。 Chemotherapy of the elderly patients with ⅢB/Ⅳ stage non-small cell lung cancer till remains controversial. We retrospectively reviewed the recent literatures, and conclude that single-agent chemo-therapy should be the standard therapy of the elderly patients with ⅢB/Ⅳ stage non-small cell lung cancer.
