摘要
对用1,2-环己二醇制备1,2-环己二醇二缩水甘油醚做了较全面的探讨。考察了原料配比、催化剂用量、溶剂、反应温度及碱对产物收率等的影响,确立了一条较为合理的工艺路线。
In this paper,the preparation of 1,2-cyclohexanediol diglycidyle ether from 1,2-cyclohexanediol with epichorohydrin was discussed.The effect of ratio of the raw materials,the amount of catalyst,selection of solvent,the reaction temperature and the shape or amount of alkali metal hydroxide on the yield of the product were systematically studied and a suitable synthetic technological route was also given.
