摘要 介绍了光子晶体的概念,分析了光子晶体在光通信中的主要应用,讨论了光子晶体光纤的光传输性质以及由光子晶体构造的光通信器件,指出了光子晶体对未来光通信技术发展的重要意义。 Concept about photonic crystal is introduced, main application of photonic crystal in optical commu- nication are analyzed, and optical transmission charact- eristics of photonic crystal fiber and optical communi- cation devices made by photonic crystal are discussed. The important meaning about photonic crystal to future development of optical communication technologies is indicated.
