摘要
提出了由一种实用元件——压电双晶片测量压电材料的压电常数d31的方法。这种测量方法不同于通常的由标准样品测量压电材料参数的方法。文中给出了测量原理、测量装置等。理论和实验结果表明:这种新的测量方法是可行的。设备简单、价廉,操作容易,精度较高。
A new method for determining the piezoelectric constant d31 of piezoelectric materials was described. By contrast with common methods which measure d31 using standard samples, this new method use a practical sample—piezoelectric bimorphs. It were also provided the measuring principle, the measuring apparatus, etc., The theoretical and experimental results show that the new method is available. The measuring apparatus is simple, its price is lower, operation is easy, the precision is nigher.
