摘要
介绍基于线性电源的高压放大器的实现 ,他具有宽范围的电压输出、波形质量好的特点 ,降低了对器件耐压的要求 ,可用于实现压电陶瓷驱动器。
This paper describes the design of a high voltage amplifier based on linear power supply.It has the charaterestics of high voltage output and high quality waveform.It can be used in the application of driving PZT,high voltage scanning power supply and high voltage power source,etc.
