两淮新井开拓方式的改革

摘要 以芦岭矿为例,讨论两淮矿区目前中央立井开拓的弊病,提出露头立井、暗斜井、深副井开拓方式,可获利2.6亿元. Taking Lulin Mine as an example, discussion on disadvantages of central mine shaft development used in Lianghuai coal area has released that 20 to 140 million t of good quality coal were left as safety pillars. The industrial site is far from the miner's village. Due to crossing the goat area, the railway, roadway and HV transmission line have to need a large maintenance work and high maintenance cost. The central mine shaft has to be in deep depth and needs a large equipment maintenance cost. There is a potential danger of gas and seam outburst when shaft sinking operation go through seam section. The renovated mine development alternate proposed by the author is to have a main mine shaft in seam outcrop area, blined slop and central auxiliary mine shaft which is quite similar to a 'slop and mine shaft'mine development method. One advantage of the renovated development is a reduction of the safety coal pillars by 50%. The industrial site of the renovated development will be divided into two sites, one main site and one auxiliary site. The main industrial site and the miner's village could be built at an area outside seam outcrop and could be expended as required. The railway, roadway and HV transmission line will need a small maintenance work. Thd main shaft is shallow in depth and has a high capacity of winding. The blined slop has a high capacity of coal transportation with belt conveyor. In comparion with the technical and economoic results of the two development alternates, the renovated development alternate can make an additional revenue of RMB 265 millions.
