摘要
通过不同热处理工艺处理得到相应的组织形态 ,而后通过对刀具磨损情况、切削力、车削表面粗糙度的测试 ,讨论组织形态对预硬型塑料模具钢 ( 71 8)切削加工性能的影响。结果表明 :回火索氏体是最佳的组织形态 ;微观硬度的不均匀性显著影响钢的表面加工质量。
The respective microstructures of prehardened mould steel for plastics 718 were obtained by different heat treatment processes. The influence of the microstructure of the steel on the machinability was studied by measuring the cutting tools' wear, the cutting force and the roughness of the cut surface. The results indicated that the tempered sorbite was the optimum microstructure, the inhomogeneous distribution of micro hardness affected markedly the finish quality of the steel surface.
