摘要
介绍冶金工厂新建轧制生产线或技术改造工程中液压、润滑管道模拟配管技术。通过采用预制、焊接、酸洗、油冲洗等工序 ,实现离线配管 ,减少就位安装的工作量 。
The technique of simulated matching pipe of hydraulic & lubrication pipelines used in new rolling lines or technical renovating ones was introduced, The off line matching pipes could be completed through the processes of prefabrication, welding,acid pickling and oil washing, to reduce the working capacity of place installation and decrease the construction time.
