Aurora of Semiconductor Lighting

本文主要介绍了用于指示、装饰照明等LED的发展 ,对白光LED进行了研究 ,大功率LED的特点 ,虽然LED作为普通照明还有一定的距离 。

This paper briefly introduced the development of LEDs used for indicators; described the requirements to LEDs for illumination; studied some schemes of white LED, and the recent approaches for increasing the luminous efficacy and input power of LEDs. Though there is still a distance to go for LED illumination, we can see the aurora of semiconductor lighting now.
